I speak and facilitate conversations at the intersection of education, equity, identity, belonging, workforce development, and institutional change. My presentations draw from my experience as an educator, higher education leader, grant practitioner, researcher, and community advocate.
My approach is grounded in humanizing practice and the belief that meaningful institutional change begins by listening closely to the experiences of students, educators, families, and communities.
