Workforce pathways grounded in community
Connecting education, meaningful work, and opportunities to lead.
AriBell Consulting helps colleges, schools, employers, and community organizations build programs that connect people to education, meaningful work, and opportunities to lead. Led by Dr. Heidi Pereira Bonilla, we bring together workforce strategy, grant development, research, and humanizing practice to turn shared commitments into work that can be carried forward.
AriBell is named for my daughters, Ari and Lauren Isabella. Their names remind me that a program, a funding decision, or an institutional policy enters someone’s life. I created AriBell to bring together what I have learned as an educator, mother, immigrant, first-generation scholar, and leader in grants and workforce development.
I have worked across colleges, adult education, community partnerships, and grant-funded initiatives. I know how much care it takes to move an idea through an institution, secure the resources it needs, and keep people connected along the way. AriBell is a place to carry that work forward with others.
Human dignity and care. We respect the histories, responsibilities, and knowledge people bring, and design learning and work with care.
Equity and institutional responsibility. We help institutions recognize barriers, share responsibility for access, and examine who benefits from their decisions.
Community knowledge and shared authorship. People closest to the work help shape its questions, priorities, and solutions.
Reciprocity and access to relationships. We build partnerships that share knowledge, open doors, and create opportunities for others.
Integrity and accountable learning. We make clear commitments, use evidence responsibly, and learn from what is working and what needs to change.
Sustainable opportunity. We connect promising ideas to the funding, capacity, and relationships needed to carry them forward.
We help organizations clarify programs, assess funding readiness, develop proposals, and organize reporting. Continuity planning helps preserve knowledge, relationships, and useful practices as funding changes.
We help colleges, adult education providers, employers, and community partners connect learning to meaningful work through employer engagement, work-based learning, partner coordination, and implementation planning.
We facilitate learning on belonging, racial literacy, care, and institutional responsibility. Reflective inquiry connects to actions educators, leaders, and community partners can take in their programs and everyday practice.
We develop practical evaluation plans, feedback tools, and reports that connect evidence to action. Community knowledge and participant experience help shape the questions, interpretation, and use of findings.
We help students and families explore educational options, support services, scholarships, college and career pathways, and community resources. We also partner with schools and community organizations to offer accessible workshops. We can begin with the question you have today.
My Commitment to the Community
Access to useful guidance should not depend entirely on a person's ability to pay. Professional projects with institutions and funded organizations help AriBell offer free guidance, shared resources, or reduced-cost support to families and community groups when capacity allows.
There are no surprise fees. We will discuss your needs, available support, and any cost before work begins.
A research-informed professional learning resource that helps schools, colleges, and universities strengthen student belonging through humanizing practice, reflection, and institutional action.
Connection creates belonging. Belonging creates possibility.
If your organization is developing a workforce pathway, preparing a funding proposal, or strengthening a program, I would welcome a conversation about what you are building. Students, families, and community partners are also welcome to reach out.
