AriBell is developing paid, mentored learning opportunities for students and emerging professionals interested in workforce development, grants, research, and community-engaged practice. The program is being shaped around applied learning, reflection, professional relationships, and work that scholars can carry into their next opportunity.
In development. Applications are not yet open.
The first cohort will open when funding, supervision, and placement details are confirmed. Dates, paid hours, compensation, and participation requirements will be shared before applications open.
Proposed learning areas include grant research and proposal development, workforce and community partnerships, and program evaluation. Scholars would receive guided practice, individual feedback, mentoring, and support to develop useful portfolio work.
Curiosity, thoughtful writing, attention to detail, and an interest in community work matter. Students from education, public policy, social work, communications, business, and other fields are welcome to learn about the program as it develops.
We welcome conversations with faculty, internship offices, career centers, employers, workforce programs, and community organizations interested in helping develop the program.
Partnerships may support paid placements, mentoring, applied projects, learning resources, or coordination with an academic program. Academic credit remains subject to the student’s institution and an agreed learning arrangement.
Before accepting financial support, AriBell and the supporting partner will agree on the budget, intended use, payment arrangements, and reporting expectations. Support may help cover scholar wages and employment costs, structured mentoring, and learning resources.
Support is arranged with AriBell Consulting LLC and is not offered as a tax-deductible charitable donation. If your institution requires a qualified nonprofit recipient, please discuss that requirement before committing funds. No payments are collected on this page.
Students may ask to receive program updates. Colleges, employers, and community organizations can contact heidi@aribellconsulting.com to explore a program partnership.
