A selection of projects from my institutional leadership and consulting experience.

01 · Workforce & grant stewardship

Managed and aligned more than $9 million across workforce and grant-funded initiatives. My work connects spending plans, implementation trackers, reporting, and decision records so teams can put resources to work responsibly.

02 · HSI implementation & sustainability

Supported Hispanic-Serving Institution grant implementation, closeout, outcome documentation, and sustainability planning. Contributed to a Math Summer Bridge program that connected academic preparation, mentorship, and belonging.

03 · Teaching assistant development

Designed program materials that turn a teaching assistant role into a structured learning experience: clear expectations, conduct standards, guardian agreements, reflection, and evaluation.

The funding figure reflects institutional career experience; it is not a total of grants raised by AriBell Consulting.

Ideas that shape the work

The Mothership framework

Rooted in my research with first-generation Latina mothers in graduate education, Mothership centers belonging, lived experience, and institutional responsibility. The public toolkit translates that research into practical reflection and action.

Speaking & facilitation

My work includes co-presentations on intersecting identities in the arts and STEM and on liberatory education in practice, as well as planning and coordinating an HSI servingness visit with Dr. Gina Ann Garcia.
